Our Story
Northern Travel and Tours Co., Ltd was founded by Mr. Khonephachanh Phetphom-Ae, affectionately known as Toon. With more than a decade of travel industry experience and extensive personal travel, Toon became a tourism expert and keynote speaker in Laos and Indochina.
He launched the business in 2006 after working as a tour guide, sales manager, and administrator, and after completing training in tour guiding, travel advising, customer care, and service skills. Today, the agency employs four full-time staff members and works with a broad network of guides and chauffeurs.
